Sam has coached over two hundred online clients to leaner, stronger, and more resilient versions of themselves. She specialises in coaching Masters-level athletes to the best athletic performance of their lives by taking their nutrition to the next level.
Sam is the former managing editor of Breaking Muscle UK, and has been interviewed and featured in the BBC, the Personal Trainer’s Development Center, and has appeared as a guest on the RunnersConnect podcast.
Rebecca Asprey – Assistant Coach
Marathoner, CrossFit competitor and yogi, Rebecca is our resident plant-based coach and mother to two young children.
A former fat girl who struggled with binge eating she understands much of the inner battles people experience with food. Now a Pn-certified level 2 coach, Rebecca loves helping others get past their issues with food and smash their life and fitness goals.
Rebecca is currently finishing her Level 3 diploma in personal training and is passionate about health and being the best version of yourself. Rebecca’s specialty is coaching athletes looking to transition over to a plant based lifestyle and new mums looking to re-discover their inner warrior.
