TRNSFRM

Our flagship fat loss programme is powered by Precision Nutrition’s ProCoach software. TRNSFRM is a year-long health and fitness transformation programme that guides you through important—yet sustainable—changes in your eating and lifestyle.

You’ll be checking in daily for 5-10 minutes, learning new nutritional and behavioural habits, providing measurements every two weeks, and giving regular feedback to ensure the program is working for you. You’ll benefit from a dedicated client support Facebook group, a monthly recipes pack exclusive to our clients, regular live Q & A webinars, and more.

NEXT LEVEL

For athletes looking to take fuelling their training to the next level. In this programme, you’ll be given a precise macronutrient split to navigate your training

for your sport with absolute precision. If you want to learn exactly how to eat to look, feel, and perform at your very best, this is the programme for you.

You’ll be given a fully personalised schedule on our coaching and a weekly check-in date for an assessment of all your training and nutrition metrics. Included is a monthly accelerator call to check-in on your calls and keep you on track. RUNSTRONGER

RunStronger is a 60-day online programme to fit around your normal training and transform you from back-of-the-pack to the best in the club.

The programme includes:

  • Two run-specific strength workouts will be programmed and delivered by top strength coach ​Derek Budd ​every week. The workouts are designed to push you, but are simple and highly effective. Workout video demonstrations and guidance will also be on hand if you’re new to strength training. There is an optional third strength session for the beginner programme.
  • Daily Pilates flows programmed and delivered by physiotherapist and Pilates instructor ​Laura McGeary​. There will also be twelve 45-minute long online Pilates class on the schedule weekly for all RunStrong members.
  • Personalised nutrition support and education from Pn2 coach Sam MacIntosh, with weekly live Q & A s on the EndureStronger Facebook group.

Thrive45 is a paleo-style elimination diet programme designed to overhaul your habits and health.
